I built this site and close to 30 others. I do online keyword research and then target specific keyword phrases with the intent to make the first page of Google! I am an affiliate marketer which means that I monetize my sites with promotions that pay me a little money! Here is a free 55 video tutorial of how to build a website on the WordPress platform and get it to rank on the first page of Google! It’s really long, but in it I build a website real time and show you how to do it too! I am big on social network links. I have over 100 social networks that I posts links to to get higher rankings for the keywords that I target. I also use several services which post links on other people social networks. Social networks are the safest way to get inbound links to your websites!

HANDYMAN

For almost 15 years I have run my own handyman service and business. At it’s peak I had 2 employees that I managed and we did everything from basic home repairs to finishing off basements. I have a plumbing background, but I do not have a plumbing license. I just never went that far in school. I have in my career fixed over 500 toilets, replaced 400 plus kitchen sinks & faucets, and installed 50 plus kitchens and bathrooms. I am also a really good carpenter, drywall installer, and know how to do basic electrical work. I have installed irrigation for residential homes and replaced plenty of sprinkler heads over the years. I have done insulation, painting, and installed a few windows. Before the project there was no hot water! I tapped into an old galvanized pipe and ran to a small water heater that I installed in the ceiling! I then ran a a new hot water pipe to a new wash sink that I installed. Also I built shelves and installed new lighting…

Here is a video of my father and I power washing a concrete driveway. We used a 4000 psi pressure washer with a rotating tip and stripped all the existing paint off of it! We then sealed and top coated with a top of the line concrete paint!

REIKI MASTER & SPIRITUAL COUNSELOR

Well almost a Reiki Master! I have 1 more attunement to go, but I can practice Reiki and send long distance healing! The only thing I can’t do is attune others to this great healing energy technique! I am a big fan of crystals and sage too!

On Christmas 2011 I became a pastor through the U.L.C. (Universal Life Church)! I am more Spiritual than I am religious. I believe that God or Source reveals “Itself” to each of us in “It’s” own way! I find myself to be blessed with insights and intuitions. I spend time meditating almost everyday. I occasionally practice yoga and have plans to get more serious with that in the future!
